Game Server Rules

Those who choose to play on our servers must adhere to these simple rules: 
  • No foul or racist remarks, names or sprays; 
  • No cheats, exploits or ghosting; 
  • No excessive message "spamming" or taunting; 
  • No spawn or vehicle camping; 
  • You must play to achieve team goals. 

Other game-specific rules may apply. Read each server's MOTD for details.

Failure to comply with these basic rules will result in a kick and/or ban from our servers.

How do I join the Pforums?

To make things easy, the Team Pfeffer website uses one account for the website and forums.

To join the forums follow these easy instructions: 

  1. From the top menu choose 'Your Account' --> 'Create An Account'
  2. Fill in the information.

Each time you return,  just login in from the front page and you'll be in the forums as well.

Team Pfeffer is an online gaming group whose roots are anchored in the Half-Life modification, Team Fortress Classic.

We currently run one Counter-Strike Source server (Pfeffer Terra Firma) and one Team Fortress 2 server (PfefferLand).

Well the time we have all been dreading has finally come. All of our game servers are shut down from our host. We have had our games hosted for the past five years at their current location however we can no longer justify their existence.

Our host has been very generous over the years and we are extremely grateful for everything they have done. With that, we are actively seeking a new hosting location and hope to have something operational in the near future.

Feel free to post any comments / concerns or solutions in the Pforums.

TF2 Coming to Team Pfeffer! Print E-mail

Team Pfeffer will have a TF2 game as soon as humanly possible on Monday September 17. Bobby and I (mostly Bobby) will be working quickly to get this up and running. Also based on demand, we will probably have a private game running for Pfeffers and Pfriends. We will post the password if this is to occur.

If you have not yet purchased the Orange Box, get it this weekend through Steam. When you buy through Steam you will get the ability to play TF2 beta on Monday Sept 17. If you buy it elsewhere you dont. The pre-load is 939MB so get it started early.

The Orange box will include: HL2:EP2, TF2, Portal, HL2:EP1, HL2 and Peggle Extreme when you buy through Steam.

So strap on that chain gun, shine your sniper rifle, fill that syringe, prime that mirv, clean that invisibility suit, pack those rockets, top of the gas, test out your bat and put on your running shoes. ITS GO TIME!

And in the immortal words of long time Pfeffers ... COME GET SOME!
